The Tet and Birthday Celebration event is this Sunday Feb 2/10! We trust that you’ve been getting email information from thon for the event.
We still have a lot of preparations leading up the event . Please review the information below to help us execute a successful event.
By Thursday 2/7:
Food tickets need to be purchased before the event – Please pre-order through Thon. Unused pre-order tickets can be exchanged for refund
All registered families need to provide # of tickets for food needed to Thon Truong by Thursday 2/7. Security wrist band, food tickets/ payment for food tickets) will be provided at 8:30am, before the event. Food tickets will not be sold during the event. Cash payment for food is not accepted for food during the event.
2/10 Tet Event Day:
8:30am
- Distribute wrist band , food tickets/payment ( 1 envelope per family)
- All in traditional Ao Dai for event . Bring own camp chair, hat, umbrella etc...
8:45am
- All will line up by thon (at the parking lot side) ready to enter gate at 8:45am - (Lead: Thon Truong)
- Each thon will line up in 2 parallel lines
- 1 line for Au , Thieu
- 1 line for KT and adults
Resources needed (in rotation during event)- Additional information will be provided to Thon Truong later this week to communicate to thon
- 6 person security team - (Lead: Tr Que/Tr Khai)
- Food prep/serve team (Lead:: TS Hoang)
- Equipment (canopies, folding tables etc..) (Lead:: TS Hoang)
- Event cleanup at 2pm ̣̣(Lead:: Tr Khai)
We are in need of Tet decoration items. Don't throw out flower, branches of flower blossom and tet decorations. Please bring them to the event by 8:30am. Decorating crew will use the items to decorate |
