We will have a Lien Doan meeting this Sunday 1/28/2017. Please review the important reminder below. After the flag ceremony, there will be a Phu Huynh meeting to discuss these items:
Important Reminders:
- BSA and GSUSA Registration increase amount: C. Kelly Nguyen will work with Thon Truong to collect the additional annual membership fees.
- TT11 Camp Registration and Payment: TT11 $330 Early Bird fee and online registration deadline is 1/31/2018. TT11 requires each camper to register online with payment (i.e. paying camp fee alone does not guaranty your registration to camp). Please refer to the LD announcement on Monday 1/22/2018 for details. If you need help with online registration, bring the signed code of conduct form to the park this Sunday. There will be a team to help with online registration. Camp fee payments are paid to C. Van. TT11 Camp fees will be $360 after the 1/31/2018 deadline.
- LDCL Bánh Chưng Fundraiser: Last day to order and pay for bánh chưng is this Sunday 1/28. $15 per bánh chưng pre-ordered through your Thôn. Deliveries will be at the following Sunday Feb 4th, 2018 meeting at Windsor Park.
